NorthStar Fetch 0.1 — first cut

First public cut of Fetch: web desk + Telegram bot on one engine, with real formats, a job queue, and an honest source allowlist.

ADDED

Web desk at fetch.nsvector.com — paste a link, inspect formats, start a download job
Telegram bot @NorthStarFetchBot with the same analyze → pick → download flow
Worker-backed queue with progress, cancel, and retry (not a long-blocking browser tab)
Video or audio pick; optional MP3 convert with an honest bitrate
Explicit source allowlist with tested vs unverified status — no “any site” promise
Local and private hybrid modes first; public multi-tenant stays off until egress is proven
